Linden Point is a 4,000 S wood- and steel-framed residence and 1,200 SF guest house located within a FEMA VE Flood Hazard Zone. The Connecticut-shoreline property was destroyed by Tropical Storm Irene in 2011, resulting in the Owner’s decision to rebuild and improve their home. The structure is supported on a steel platform and concrete piers on drilled pile foundations anchored to existing bedrock.
