Pondlily is an 18,000 SF single-family residence constructed of heavy timber, traditional wood framing, and structural steel framing systems. Double-height spaces, and a 3-story, single-stringer monumental staircase are just a few of the design features e2 was tasked with solving. Construction Documents were created using Revit to minimize site conflicts during construction.
