Shoreline Eclectic is a single-family residence located in a FEMA VE 14 Flood Hazard Zone. The two-story, 2,000 SF house is framed with structural steel, infilled with wood framing to accommodate the multi-level, half-barrel roofs, open-floor plans, and window walls. The structure sits on a podium structure supported by concrete piers, and foundation grade beam, concrete pile caps and drilled micro-piles.
