Saint Mary Place was constructed in 1898 as a Catholic School. The 4-story, unreinforced brick masonry and wood building was adapted as a 21,000 SF affordable living complex. Roof and floor framing systems were reinforced for new occupancy loading, and a new elevator pit and ADA-accessible ramp were installed.
