Tuttles Point is located in a VE flood zone and is exposed to hurricane-level wind forces. Wood- and steel-framing systems are supported on a steel podium structure and a micro-pile foundation. The structure is anchored to bedrock and is designed to resist hydrodynamic forces and avoid undermining due to scouring.
