Luis is involved with the analysis, design, and construction administration phases for various projects across e2 engineers’ full portfolio of work. As a project engineer, Luis is the designer for a mixture of on-call and facility maintenance projects, additions and renovations, and ground-up construction projects. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps him communicate effectively with a wide range of project stakeholders.
