The practice of structural engineering requires curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning. To encourage these values, we facilitate an environment of mentorship, professional development, and creativity by participating in and sponsoring a variety of industry events, and by coordinating regular in-house learning opportunities. Our highly-enjoyed, team-led Beer ‘n’ Learns touch on subjects ranging from structural analysis, to detailing, to business practices.
