Renovations to Gingrich Library were envisioned to centralize Albright College’s academic and support services. e2 engineers completed a Feasibility Study and Phase 1 design for the 50,000 SF, c. 1964 building, which is constructed with reinforced concrete framing & a proprietary precast concrete plank system. Phased renovations were proposed to allow modernization of the exterior facade, followed by interior renovations and alterations.
