Stone Cottage is a 10,500 SF, two-story wood-framed residence in Westchester County, NY. Selective structural steel was installed to accommodate the first floor’s open layout and the Tudor-style roof design which compliments the historic neighborhood’s style and scale. Foundations were placed in 12-foot segments due to tight site constraints which required shoring of excavations.
