Our Team

I’ve always enjoyed building things. Seeing the instructions on the page and watching something get formed into reality. As a kid it was Lego and now it’s buildings (and some Lego on the side).

I prefer a mix. Getting to work on different types of structures and different sizes keeps me on my toes and always gives me new experiences.

I want our employees to enjoy the work that they do and to feel pride in the buildings they help create – buildings that will be present in the community for a quarter or half-century or beyond. Our employees feel appreciated and know that we recognize the work that they put in.

The industry would include engineers with more diverse backgrounds and with a better understanding on the industry they’re entering. Engineers would work for companies that respect their time and lives outside of the office. We would all focus more on creating communities through buildings that are unique and nice-looking, rather than cookie-cutter and quickly built, because those types of buildings make people want to make their communities better themselves.
